Unfortunately, Attune Touring has a strict no refund policy. If you purchased your tickets with EOS Claims Ticket Protection, you can make a claim if your circumstances change under the Ticket Protection policy. We recommend adding this protection to your purchase to ensure that any possible refund can be issued.

With Eco Claims Ticket Protection, you’re covered for the following situations:

• Injury, illness, or death affecting you, another ticket holder, or a member of your immediate family, including pre-existing medical conditions.

• Requirement to care for an ill or injured ticket holder.

• Unexpected delays due to a transit strike you could not have reasonably known about before the booking date.

• Pregnancy at the time of the event and no longer wishing to attend.

• Unexpected deployment as a member of the armed forces.

If you change your mind about attending an Attune Touring event, or if you did not purchase additional cover, you can resell your ticket only on Flicket
